TVR Beef specializes in high-quality, locally raised beef sold by the quarter, half, or whole through private/custom orders available MONTHLY. Processing is done at trusted local facilities—Sully Locker or Moravia Locker—ensuring care and quality from farm to table.
In addition to custom orders, whole beef is available for restaurant purchase, offering a reliable source of premium meat for food service needs.
TVR Beef also supports community initiatives by supplying ground beef to schools, food pantries, and food hubs. While ground beef is occasionally available for retail, most orders are fulfilled based on processing availability and may require advance notice.
