We bake bread the way it’s been done for generations—just like our ancestors did. Each loaf is naturally leavened and undergoes a long fermentation process. This
slow fermentation breaks down sugars, starches, and carbohydrates, making the bread easier to digest while also unlocking deep, rich flavors. We also use cold
fermentation to enhance the complexity and richness in every bite. The best part? We keep it simple. Our bread is made with just three simple ingredients: flour,
water, and salt. That’s it.

But it’s not just about the bread—it’s about the people. Connecting with our customers is one of the best parts of what we do. We’ve enjoyed chatting with so many
of you on Saturday mornings, and we love how our regulars have become friends. Whether it's hearing about your home renovation project, your recent vacation,
